In 2008, our Softball Team boys worked extremely hard and were very committed to be the best that they could be. They showed dedication during trainings and took initiatives to work out on their own accord.

Our ‘B’ boys did not fare well despite putting in a tremendous effort for both the East Zone and National Tournaments. We have been working hard since to achieve better results next year.

Our ‘C’ boys did well in the competitions that they took part in. As a first time participant in the SRC Inter-School Tournament at the Padang, our boys beat some of the more experienced school to reach the quarter-finals.

In the East Zone Tournament, we were closed to reaching the Grand Final but lost out by a solitary run. We then beat Temasek Secondary 32-5 to emerge third.

In the National Tournament, the boys went beyond expectations and played wonderfully against stronger and more illustrious schools. We hope to do better in the coming years and bring glory to Pasir Ris Crest.
