Contingency Plan to Get Learning to Go on During a National Emergency Situation

In a National Emergency, when all schools are closed, we at Pasir Ris Crest Secondary School will ensure that learning will continue to go on. Our contingency plan makes use of a wide variety of approaches to reach out to our students and to reassure them that the school, their Alma Mater, is always supportive and is behind them all the way in times of need. Our telephone relay system will ensure that the channels of communication in our school community will be kept open. Teachers and students can then easily communicate in real time. Learning materials will be made easily accessible on-line to our students through our e-learning portal. There will also be provision for interactive on-line learning for some subjects. Details will be announced by the respective teachers in due course.
